Effluent
Treatment Plant
Design of our effluent treatment plant or effluent water treatment plant is such that the waste generated
is treated in most economised way and discharged as per Pollution Board
norms.Effective management and control of the processes used for
effluent treatment will help you with the following :
- Reduce your operating costs and thus increase profits.
- Achieve more effective compliance with legislation.
- Improve your company's public image.
Following are some of the latest technologies we are providing
;-
Tube Settler
Clarification/Sedimentation is the most important stage in the field of
waste water treatment. Tube Settler has no moving parts as a result of
which there is no energy loss. The distribution and entry velocity are
minimum resulting in maximum efficiency and better effluent quality. The
efficient design minimizes space requirements and is sturdy and easy to
transport and install.
Diffused Aeration
The diffused aerators impart Dissolved Oxygen to the Effluent. The
factors of importance relating to the efficiency of a diffused aeration
system are the bubble surface area in contact with the water, and the
amount of water that the bubble moves by air lift effect.
SAFF : SAFF (Submerged Aeration Fixed Film technology is
basically an aerobic system which incorporate two different biological
growth systems viz., attached growth process and suspended growth
process. No sludge re - circulation is required to maintain MLSS as in
the case of conventional aeration systems. Huge qty. of sludge is
already developed inside the media and hence MLSS concentration is much
higher than what is normally achieved in aeration system.
MBBR : The biological treatment method is Moving Bed Bio Reactor
(MBBR). This is also known as Fluidized Bio Reactor (FAB). The moving
film of bacteria's falls down as soon as its thickness increases beyond
certain limit. The anaerobic growth at the bottom most layers makes it
loose and it falls down. This makes the maintenance of biomass fully
automatic.
Reverse Osmosis : In the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Process membranes
are used to remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens and bacteria
from water. RO also removes sodium, chloride, hardness fertilizers,
insecticides, arsenic, heavy metals and many other contaminants. Most
importantly, Reverse Osmosis (RO) reduces total dissolved solid (TDS)
content of the water.
Our main emphasis is to provide the benefit of latest and modern
technologies to our customers for treating their feed water/waste water.
